Privacy
Your identity is not the story.
Our approach to handling anonymous submissions and protecting the people behind them.
Privacy at Safe Space
Safe Space is built around anonymous storytelling. We ask contributors not to provide real names, company names or details that could identify a person or workplace.
What we collect
The Confession Box may collect the story text, selected category and any optional contact information you choose to provide. Contact information should be stored separately from the story and must not be published.
How stories may be used
Selected submissions may be edited for privacy, clarity and length then used in podcast episodes, website stories, social content or future Safe Space formats. Not every submission will be published.
Platform limits
Safe Space is not legal, HR, therapy or crisis support. Do not submit information that creates a safety risk or identifies a person, employer or workplace.
Before launch
This draft policy should be reviewed for the final form provider, analytics tools, cookies and the jurisdictions in which Safe Space operates.
